Return and Refund Policy
We always try to send your item with overnight courier service. If you made the payments by 2.30pm weekdays (except Fridays) you will get the item delivered the next day.
Rural areas may take an extra day - We accept combined shipping, but you must pay full shipping fee for the first item.
Warranty & Responsibility for Services and Products
All the products have 3 months warranty as default. If a particular product has more than 3 moths warranty then we will mention it on the product listing.
For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will offer a refund/replace based upon the original payment method
Please carefully, test the item before installation and don't install it, if it’s faulty or arrives broken. Don't remove any factory stickers or labels from the product if you are returning it or getting replaced.
We highly recommend professional installation. Parts damaged during installation are not accepted for return.

When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay the delivery fee of repaired/replaced products to customers and the customer is responsible for the delivery charges of the returning shipment
