Please include the knife code and description in your order. The cost of postage and handling within New Zealand, $6-00, is already included in all prices. Prices include GST.

International customers will be responsible for payment of any customs charges or import duties levied by your country. Also, please ensure that knives are a permitted import.

Guarantee

I guarantee my knives for five (5) years against defects in materials or manufacture in normal use. The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or breakage due to abuse. Common abuses not covered by the guarantee include using the knife as a pry bar, using the tip as a screwdriver, twisting the knife against bone while cutting through joints, hammering on the back of the blade with a rock or other object, throwing the knife and opening tin cans.

Satisfaction Guarantee

I offer a seven day satisfaction guarantee on my knives. If for any reason you are not satisfied with one of my knives return it in new, unused, undamaged condition to me for a full refund of the purchase price less the $6.00 cost of shipping and handling (NZ customers) or relevant shipping and handling charges (overseas customers).
