Kitchen Knives

Kitchen knives are flat ground, hand finished and supplied without a sheath. Note that these knives are made of hardened and tempered high carbon steel, so will rust if not cared for. After use they should be washed clean by hand and dried immediately. A small coating of clear medicinal grade parrafin oil or petroleum jelly will help preserve their appearance. Also, they are NOT dishwasher safe.
