I offer a range of hunting knives with overall blade lengths of approximately 115 mm / 4 1/2 inches as shown on this page. All knives are sold with a deep pouch type leather sheath as shown in the photos. Because the knives are quite tight in the sheaths they are made with a brass lined thong hole so a cord lanyard may be used to assist removal from the sheath.

Short boning knife SBN

A 115 mm / 4 1/2 inch knife related to my boning knife. The fine point is useful for jobs such as cutting around the vent, the raised point lifts the hand above the the work when opening body cavities, while there is sufficient sweep to be
useful for skinning. A versatile, uncommon design. Inletted half tang construction.

Banana Drop Point Banana Hunter BNN

A raised drop point type knife helps position the hand above the work while opening body cavities. There is still some sweep up to the tip to help with skinning.

Gut Hook Drop Point GUT
